Using XAMPP? Leave these as they are. The database is created automatically. Already imported database/pms_database.sql in phpMyAdmin? Just enter the same name.

Currency code Shown next to every amount, e.g. PKR, USD, GBP, AED. You can change it later in config.php.

Registration numbers

Every client and person is given a number automatically the moment they are added — you never type one in. These are just the letters at the front. The client is handed the number plus a short random code, like REG-00001-K7M2QX, and needs the whole thing to look up their progress.

Client prefix Produces REG-00001, REG-00002 …
